Frank Besse appointed Executive Director of Jamestown Renaissance Corporation

The Jamestown Renaissance Corporation (JRC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Besse to Executive Director. In his new role, Besse will lead the organization in its ongoing efforts to revitalize and enhance Jamestown’s economic, residential, and cultural landscape, ensuring a thriving community for residents and visitors alike.

With a proven track record of success in community and business development, Besse brings a wealth of experience to his new position. Before being appointed Executive Director, Besse served as the Urban Core Director for the JRC, where he focused on supporting downtown businesses and buildings.

“Frank Besse’s promotion to the role of Executive Director is a testament to his exceptional skills and commitment to the Jamestown Renaissance Corporation,” said Luke Fodor, Co-chair of the JRC Board of Directors. “His passion for community development and his ability to create meaningful change has been evident throughout his tenure with the organization. We are confident that the JRC will continue flourishing under Frank’s leadership and bring positive transformations to our city.”

As Executive Director, Besse will oversee all aspects of the JRC’s operations, including strategic planning, program development, community engagement, and resource management. He will work closely with the board, staff, and partners to execute the organization’s vision and drive forward its mission of revitalizing Jamestown.
